Fellowship of the Canadian Securities Institute is not another exam on the pile. It's the industry's most senior mark — held by only about 3,500 professionals against the tens of thousands holding entry and mid-level credentials. It requires one of nine qualifying designations, seven years of senior experience within the last ten, peer endorsement, and a standing commitment to give back: twelve industry-contribution hours every year you hold it. The letters read, to anyone who knows the industry, as peer-vetted veteran. That reading cannot be bought, rushed, or faked — which is precisely its value.
